Financial Planning & Analysis Manager CEEMEA (m/f)
This position will report to the Senior FP&A Director CEEMEA. New finance business partner will be responsible for management of forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes with focus on the CEEMEA region.

Our Client is an international Media organization, one of the leaders in its sector globally. To strengthen their operations in Poland / region, we are seeking to recruit ambitious candidate for the position of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager CEEMEA.
Description
- Manage the ongoing upkeep of complex financial models used to drive the forecasting and budgeting processes
- Be responsible for management information area including data warehouse / BI tools
- Manage the monthly financial planning process with a focus on increasing efficiency and accuracy and to ensure reliable delivery and data-access, within tight time frames
- Manage the development of financial reporting, budgeting and reforecast tools to meet the needs of all key stake-holders, including regional finance teams, sales teams and senior management
- Perform profitability analysis of brands and markets to identify investment / cost management opportunities
- Investments assessment and actual execution monitoring
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Provide support, training and mentoring to other members of the team
- Manage small FP&A Team
Profile
- Educational background in Finance (ACCA/CIMA qualification would be beneficial)
- 5+ years relevant experience; knowledge of Media sector will be an advantage
- Previous experience in financial planning, management accounting and/or related field is key
- Experience with financial modelling, including building and upkeep of complex models
- Excellent analytical / quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with a large number of data and information and to prioritize
- Experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and formatting
- IT literacy: Experience with management reporting systems would be a definite asset; IT/BI tools implementation will be an added value
- Ability to think on the strategic level and to see the "bigger picture"
- Proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude who can work individually and as part of a team and that is willing to take responsibility for various projects/processes
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Very good English is required
