Your new companywill be a manufacturing plant located in DzierĹźoniów, a part of an international corporation.
Your new rolewill be responsible for a cost center and a profit center (product, project or service) and develop of mid-term vision of the function in relation to the business. You will have a major contribution to the strategic plan of a higher unit (function or business unit). Your actions will have a direct impact on business results of the higher organizational unit by making important decisions and/or advising business and functional leaders about their policies. As a manager you will lead a team consisting of controlling specialists and you will lead global teams working on strategic functional or cross-functional initiatives too. You will prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports.
What you'll need to succeed.We’re looking for a Candidate with a university degree in the area of finance, accounting or economics (preferable postgraduate study in controlling) and at least 5 years of professional experience on a similar position (financial controller or financial manager). Very good English skills are a must, as well as the knowledge of MS Excel. What is more, the perfect Candidate should be familiar with streamlining processes and reporting procedures. Strong analytical and communication skills are also required.
