On behalf of our Client, international commercial company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Finance Director.
The successful Candidate will have overall responsibility for all financial aspects of company performance in Poland and control the profitability of foreign investments, including the monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting process. Person employed in this position will be responsible for preparing and coordinating executive level summary of performance and key issues for monthly, forecast and budget results, ensuring compliance with group reporting policies, overseeing trading income.
Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover design a financing strategy for efficient financial management, define the best financing options for operations and investments, negotiate with international banks, cooperate with business partners to figure out options and appropriate course of action to drive desired trading outcomes. Financial Director will be also responsible for acquiring financing for the company, dealing with banks and arranging loans. Financial Director will manage local finance team and will work closely with CEO from HQ.
We are looking for a person who has experience of development, funding and successful implementation of international investment projects and M&A, excellent knowledge of corporate finances and economics, experience of cooperation with International Financing Institutions (e.g. EBRD, global banks), knowledge of methods of business evaluation and technical, fundamental analysis. All the professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) will be highly appreciated. We are looking for Candidates with negotiating, effective organizational, strategic thinking and time management skills with ability to command respect and provide leadership. Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must, knowledge of the Russian language will be very well seen.
