Financial Controlling Superviosr / Financial Controller
Candidate on this position will report directly with Financial Director, will be responsible for financial statement preparation, budgeting process, all P&L preparation and analysis, reporting to the group and supervising of a team. Also candidate will deliver management information for business decisions for MD in Poland.
This is ideal position for a person with potential and 4-5 years of experience as Financial Controller/ Controlling Supervisor for a next step in career path.

For our Client, international distribution company, currently we are looking for candidate on Controlling Supervisor / Financial Controller position in Łódź.
Description
- P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and reporting for Board and for the Group,
- Full budgeting process responsibility (preparation and monitoring),
- Variances analysis and comments preparation,
- Rollout forecasting process,
- Preparing recommendations and support to strategic commercial operations,
- Providing accurate and timely financial analysis covering month-end and management reporting
- Responsibility for all cost and investment analysis, comments and recommendations,
- Preparation of all additional ad hoc business analysis,
- Periodical and ad hoc reports preparation,
- Cooperation with auditors,
Profile
- Higher equivalent education: finance, economy, accounting etc.,
- Relevant experience 4-5 years on Financial Controller/ Controlling Supervisor in international company,
- Experience in distribution company will be an asset,
- Experience in budgeting and reporting in international company is required,
- Very good knowledge of management accounting as well of UoR,
- Management experience (people and project management),
- SAP knowledge is a must, Hyperion knowledge will be an asset,
- Excellent MS Office knowledge in particular Excel and PowerPoint,
- Knowledge of data management tool will be an asset,
- Very good English language speaking and writing,
- Good overall business understanding, communication skills, and team player,
