On behalf of our client, international company from the Financial Services sector, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Financial Controller.
This position is responsible for supporting the CFO in terms of Financial control, Group Reporting, Local reporting, Managing central costs and Treasury.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the GL and adherence to Group Accounting Policies, timely reporting of Group Financials, maintaining financial controls, supporting the CFO in governance oversight over operational risk management and ensuring adherence to the operational risk management framework in the identification, assessment, mitigation and control and monitoring of risk.
Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover audit related activities, supporting CFO in providing inputs and additional projects, ensuring adherence to systems, supporting SC accounting.
We are looking for a person who has experience gained at financial services or audit companies, strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must. We are looking for Candidates with initiative, self-motivation who have strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with business.
All the professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) will be highly appreciated.
