Key responsibilities: working on Financial Controller position you will be responsible for finance management, supervision over accounting, preparing of budgets and controlling of variations, preparing of cash flow forecasts and finance analysis. The scope of duties contains cash management, creation and maintenance of adequate systems of internal control, preparing and timely sending of monthly reporting, financial statements, sending of monthly and annual tax returns, cooperation and supervision over preparing transfer pricing documentation and supervision over HR and IT departments.
You need to have an experience in the production sector on Financial Controller/ Finance Manager position, deep understanding of business principles and practices. Moreover, you should be a proficient user of finance software and Excel. It is crucial to be able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used. It is demanded to have working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations (tax, accounting, labor law, especially Polish Accounting Law and US GAAP). You also need to have solid organizational, planning, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
