Currently, our Client - well-recognized and globally leading international engineering and manufacturing Company - has decided to expand its operations based in Poland and is looking for Financial Controller.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for financial reports consolidations within the BU in cooperation with Head of Controlling, preparing yearly (incl. quarterly and monthly) budgets and estimation for defined cost centers, departments or areas, following up on financial results and giving professional advice to Group Management as well as subsidiary management. His scope of duties will also cover preparing internal and external consolidated reports on the financial performance to external auditors as well as Group Management, providing financial analysis and calculations at consolidated Group level and at subsidiary level, assisting in the implementation of key ratios to contribute to operational efficiency.
We are looking for a person with an ability to think strategically, who has several years of experience within controlling/finance. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and experience in SAP environment is a must. We are looking for Candidates with initiative, self-motivation, who are team players and leaders - regulary contribute to team discussions and problem solving. The perfect Candidate should has a good knowledge of business procedures, corporate tax, estimation and budgeting, IFRS, MS office applications.
