For our Client, an analytical instrumentation company, we are looking for Candidates willing to work as a Financial Controller & Statutory Director.
Working on this position the Candidate will have to take a leadership role in organizing and driving the monthly local management team meeting and to bear the responsibility for accounting and reporting, as well as for HR, payroll and benefits and administrative areas. Therefore duties on this position include such tasks as periodical preparation of the budget and forecasts, US GAAP accounting and reporting, local statutory accounting, local tax and VAT reporting and statistical reporting. Furthermore, the Candidate will need to manage the credit and collection cycle, take care of cash management, safe keep the company’s assets, review and control payments and control the invoicing process. Support of financial and tax audits, as well as implementation and execution of internal controls and SOX will be also a duty. Other responsibilities include such tasks as maintaining the interface and data management towards the external salary service provider, ownership of employee insurances, reimbursements and headcount reporting. What more, the Candidate will need to manage the insurances of the company, interface to central IT-service and be responsible for the contract renegotiation for company’s car.
We are looking for Finance & Accounting graduates, having minimum 5 years of experience working in a comparable position, at least 3 years of experience in a multinational US-based headquarter and having accounting and US GAAP knowledge. Excellent familiarity with SAP FI/CO, SAGE Symfonia and Microsoft Excel is highly required. What more, the Candidate need to be characterized by strong English skills and an ability of both managing and working in a team.
