The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.

Today, we are happy to invite you to the recruitment process for FINANCIAL CONTROL ANALYST role, in new Business Service Centre based in KATOWICE.

In this role, you have the opportunity to assist in the process by building relationships with all the local finance team members and to be able to cooperate with them to provide the information on time, give them assistance if needed, in the end be able to report all data to Managers


Key Accountabilities:
  • Collect and analyse data and proactively lead the business, to be able to support the group in achieving strategic, financial and reporting objectives
  • Interfacing with the financial management of the parent company responsible for the accuracy of the reporting required by the parent company in compliance with the deadlines to be monitor.
  • Support group Balance Sheet and Cash Flow inquiries to meet financial and maturity goals
  • Support the preparation of the strategic plan, budget and forecasts
  • Analyse the variation over time and the deviation from the last year/budget
  • Manage working capital and KPIs
  • Support the General Managers of the group's offices
  • Analyse and interpret financial information for executives
  • Implement ownership of reporting tools, internal audit procedures, monitoring reports and data quality provided



Experience Required:
We are looking for Candidates with at least 4 years qualified experience, having Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Management.  Previous experience of using ERPs (like Navision, Onguard Credit Manager), knowledge of PBI, TMS tool would be an advantage.
We seek for problem solving, open minded and detail-oriented person with international culture experience, someone who can work under the pressure and have excellent communications skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel is a must. English fluent (written and spoken) is essential.
