What you will be responsible for?
· Supporting Clients and Client Relationship Managers in resolving queries and request via calls, emails in a professional manner,
· Meeting clients expectations by providing professional support and services,
· Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships based on collaboration and professionalism,
· Developing and supporting existing clients relationship,
· Collaboration with various teams – both internal and external, for example with Sales Team in order to support new business opportunities,
· Delivering scalable and controllable service model in accordance with company’s standards and procedures,
· Participation in various projects, supporting company activities and undertaking initiatives related to the process improvement.
What is required?
· Relevant experience in the financial services industry,
· Good knowledge of French and Italian (it would be an asset)
· Advanced analytical and research capabilities,
· Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoorting attitude,
· High organizational skills and detail-oriented approach,
· Creativity and optimism,
· Capacity to take control and action to negotiate and build relationship based on mutual agreement.
