For our Client, developing company from real estate sector, we are currently looking for people on the position of Financial Analyst.
As a part of a Financial Analysis department, you will be responsible for performing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the asset managers of shopping centres, understanding business issues and ensure a very high level of accuracy and timeliness of all reporting in an efficient manner, assisting in reconciliation of financial data between reporting systems. On this role you will be responsible for ensuring process documentation is completed, reviewed and updated, supporting process of issuing invoices. You will be working on a daily basis with Head of finance / Finance analyst team leader BPM and Chief Accountant.
To be successful on this position you need to have Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting, Management or Economics. You need to have at least 2 years in Business (Real Estate preferred) or External Audit (Real Estate preferred) and advanced Excel knowledge as you will be working with large complex spreadsheets and great numerical ability. Friendly attitude, energetic and ambitious individual. Good written and spoken knowledge English is a must.
