Financial Analysis and Reporting Team Leader
Location: WarszawaActually within Diebold Nixdorf BPO Sp. z o. o. we are looking for a Financial Analysis and Reporting Team Leader for EMEA Business Services Reporting Team.
The Financial Analysis and Reporting Team is responsible for providing comprehensive reporting to the EMEA and Global Management Team. Overall responsibilities are to support financial control, monitoring, tracking, planning and reporting and to provide improvements recommendations. The team is also responsible for business and finance planning and analysis for defined Company Units. A successful applicant will be a part of a new group being set up within EMEA Business Services.
The Team Leader Financial Analysis and Reporting will be reporting to the Process Manager Accounting and will be based in Warsaw, Poland.
The main tasks in this role will be:
- Daily team supervision to ensure operations are performed according to the agreed SLAs and KPIs;
- Responsibility for hiring and ensuring sufficient team capacity and knowledge level;
- Ensuring that internal statistics and reporting are timely and correct;
- Coordination of transitions of new FA and Reporting related processes into EMEA BS;
- Participation in initiatives and projects as required;
- Liaison with all levels of management throughout the organisation;
With the team the Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Reporting activities for all assigned organizational units and initiatives;
- Creation and improvement of reports generated from the Company’s ERP and BI systems to fulfil the internal reporting requirements;
- Consolidated reporting and analysis of income statement on both a GAAP and non-GAAP basis;
- Monthly capital expenditure tracking and analysis of spend;
- Reporting support for other EMEA BS teams;
- HQ Allocations and profit transfers from Businesses to Regions;
Requirements to successfully fill this role are a university degree, with a focus on business administration or finance, as well as relevant (two to three years) experience.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are necessary to be successful in the position. Advanced IT and data analysis skills, especially Excel, are required, experience with Longview and SAP or Oracle would be an advantage.
The working language is English which has to be fully mastered; good knowledge of any other major EMEA language (i.e. German) would be an advantage.
