Your new company
We are looking for the person to hold the position Team Leader (Finance Team) in to one of the Shared Service Centre in Katowice which provides world- class accounting, finance, procurement, logistics and customer service services.
Your new role
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the robust finance process within team: month-end process, su reporting/ FP&A, costing. Moreover you have to take care of delivering by the team high quality analytics services supporting business partners in decision making and value creation . In addition you will be responsible for initiating and leading continuous improvement projects within the team and ensuring that all new/modified processes are embedded flawlessly in the team . As a Team Leader you have to direct coaching and leading the team, manage priorities, make annual appraisal process etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best candidate for this role you need to have a University degree and financial experience. Knowledge of English on level min B2 is required. In addition you need to have good communication and organizational skills. Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset is strongly preferred. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset
