For our Client, international automotive company located in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for Finance System Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for the system and security administrator to multiple financial systems to support various Finance and Accounting functions across the organization. You will work closely with the Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting teams to maintain workflow routing and approvals, organizational structures, master data, process security and perform periodic access reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for working with Finance and Accounting teams to support and enhance business solutions and processes. You will maintain the integrity of the systems and providing a high level of customer service as well as will support end users with problem resolution, error correction, and understanding system functionality. Part of your duties will be creating user training documentation as well as lead training for finance system users.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to hold min. 2 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree related to finance or IT. You need to have strong financial systems background preferably with experience in Hyperion. You need to hold excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills through analytical thinking. Moreover, you must be team orientated person and hold strong communication, interpersonal as well as financial management skills. Ideal Candidate should be a self-starter, accountable, driven with ability to work with minimal supervision. Due to work in international environment you need to hold fluency in English, both written and spoken.
