Our client is a Scandinavian manufacturer of premium stoves and fireplaces. The company is launching a new factory at the southern border of Wrocław.
For this new production site we are looking to recruit a Finance Manager, who will be responsible for providing financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities, developing, analysing and interpreting statistical and accounting information in order to monitor operating results as well as coordinating the work of Finance Team.
Additionally this person will be managing relationship with external stakeholders and supporting local and group management teams in daily decision making (pricing, credit limits, risk assessments, supply chain, make or buy).
To be successful in this role you need to have University degreein Accounting or Finance and 6-8 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling, including managing a Finance Team.
We are looking for candidates with experience in manufacturing environment with highly developed communication,analytical and organisational skills and very good command of English language. We are also expecting previous experience with ERP system (preferably SAP) and knowledge of Excel.
