Finance Manager
For our client, international company from science/technical sector we are looking for Finance Manager. He or she will be responsible for complex supervision and coordination of finance and administration in the Warsaw office.

Description
- Monthly reporting of financial information to HQ
- Ownership of local statutory reporting requirements
- Maintenance of general ledger and sub-ledgers (fixed assets, inventory, sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash books)
- Ownership of credit control processes
- Ownership of supplier payments processes
- Familiarisation with underlying accounting record entry processes
- Processing of monthly payroll
- Preparation and submission of all company tax returns (VAT, CIT, employment taxes)
- Preparation and submission of supporting statistical information (Intrastat)
- Liaising with external tax advisors to assist in producing annual transfer pricing report
- Liaising with external auditors
Profile
- Experience in accounting processes coordination
- Accountant experience and qualification
- Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems (Sage/MS Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate ability both to work to tight deadlines themselves and show team management skills
- Flexibility, adapting skills, self-reliance, strong character
- Fluent English is a must
