For one of our clients, law company with an SSC based in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will lead on all day-to-day activities relating to the SSC Finance Team, ensuring all key performance metrics agreed with the Head of SSC are being met.
Finance Manger will be responsible for line management of the SSC personnel aligned to the Finance Stream; share and apply best practices in all areas of delivery by the SSC Finance team; people management (including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, etc.); ensure integration with other functional areas including seeking opportunities for cross-functional cost effective solutions; support transition.
Finance Manger will be also responsible for provide required analysis of process performance as well as identify additional analysis perspectives to support Customers’ decisions.
We are looking for candidates withexcellent English skills, At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance Shared Services or BPO environment; University degree (preferably in accounting or other business discipline); International business experience; Understanding of accounting controls, experience in AP, AR, GL, and FA. Strong people management skills and ability to work in international diversified professional environment is required.
