Finance Manager (m/f)

Client Details
This position is responsible for providing financial leadership to ensure achievement of business results, while also ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial records of the plant through the management of financial reporting, internal control/compliance, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management.
Description
- Overall responsibility for accounting, business controlling and tax matters of the entity
- Monthly closing reporting tasks
- Keeping books of production and sales companies
- Coordination of annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting process
- Elaboration of the variance analysis and presentation of the forecast review
- Weekly cash forecasting and outgoing payments controls
- Supporting local and group management teams in daily decision making (pricing, credit limits, risk assessments, supply chain, make or buy)
- Improvement of forecast accuracy (P&L and cash flow)
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory regulations and Group-wide policies
- Computation of Business controlling KPIs for the plant
- Managing proper relationship with external stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities, consultants and financial institutions)
- Coordination of the external payroll function
- Various routine administrative tasks
Profile
- University degree essential (especially within Finance and Accounting)
- Experience in providing financial analysis, models, justification and direction for initiatives and improvement actions within production
- Proven managerial experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a finance lead role
- 6+ years overall professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling
