Finance Manager / Controlling Manager
Proper candidate will work directly with Financial Director and will be responsible for financial analysis, SOX matters, support budget and forecasting process, business analysis with strategy recommendation, internal business support by analysis and presentation during sales meeting. Candidate will act independently and will be support for future growth of the company.
Ideal candidate has got currently minimum 4 years of experience on independent position (can also include people management) in international companies and potential to grow.

For an our Client, pharmaceutical company, currently we are looking for Finance Manager / Controlling Manager to join company based in Warsaw.
Description
- Business Partner for Sales and Marketing teams,
- Responsible for advanced sales and cost analysis,
- Margin analysis for products portfolio,
- Pre and post evaluation of promotion actions and marketing operations,
- Preparing recommendations and support to strategic commercial operations,
- Monitor & Report KPIs in collaboration with Finance Director and Sales team,
- Analysing and implementing business decisions with focus on growth and margin improvement opportunities,
- Ensure full compliance Company Policies, SOX and cooperating with external and internal audit,
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis covering month-end and management reporting
- Responsible for all key processes within the company's financial analysis and management reporting activities,
- Provide business cases financial analysis and ensure planning process,
- Manage relationship with auditors and other external authorities,
- Provide support for strategy and decision-making for key contracts and clients
- Support new product development process with financial analysis
- Take initiatives to improve cash flow
Profile
- A qualified professional with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in international company, preferably in pharmacy organization,
- Experience in accounting and with local statutory audit will be a strong asset
- Professional qualifications: such ACCA / CIMA will be a strong asset,
- Comprehensive knowledge of international and Polish Accounting Standards,
- US GAAP knowledge will be a strong asset,
- Working knowledge of management accounting and controlling, financial analysis,
- Deep understanding of all P&L and Balance sheet components,
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical skills,
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Knowledge of SAP system will be strong asset,
- Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail, Very good presentation and communication skills,
