Main Roles and Responsibilities:
The methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based. The definition of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits. The creation of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems.
The support of project team in organising work, such as commercial activities (sign of and follow up of contracts), co-ordinating team schedule, taking meeting notes, arranging travel and meetings
Main Skills and Experiences Required
• Understanding a business and its operation. Familiar with tools and techniques (manual or automated) which can be used to document an understanding of the structure, relationships and use of applications and information within an organisation.
• Familiar with techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of customers’ real and stated needs in the delivery of IT services.
• Proficient in the selection and application of information gathering methods, tools and techniques which are appropriate to the information required and the sources available.
• Experience with managing Finance Systems implementations in a global setting, specifically around legacy/boundary systems, inter company systems and data migration
• A preferred experience with Oracle Cloud or SAP Financial systems in Accounts Receivables, Accounting and Purchasing direction
• A practical can-do mentality, with feet firmly on the ground – organisational talent
• A very good level of speaking and writing in English
