For our Client, a leading debt collection company we are looking for Candidates willing to work on a position of a Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the Regional Director and the Group.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to take responsibility for such areas of business as tax, accounting, financial controlling and facility management, therefore evaluating, integrating and managing the company’s financial, administrative, human resources and IT functions. Duties on this position will also include executive responsibility for financial operations (working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting), developing and directing financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities, establishing and maintaining stable cash flow management policies and procedures, as well as analyzing current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness.
We are looking for Candidates having master’s degree in accounting, business administration or financial controlling. We require over ten years of experience as a CFO or Head of Finance in a large company or a corporation, as well as experience in financial industry and in partnering with an executive team. Furthermore, proficient command of English is expected.
