Finance Director - CFO
The role will form part of the local management team and cover finance aspects of the company within both manufacturing and commercial areas.

For our client, one of the world's leading FMCG manufacturer we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Director with a successful track record in building up businesses and their finance functions in a dynamic environment. Finance Director with a strong commercial mindset and drive who will support the company in maintaining its very good market position and who will facilitate its further growth. The role will form part of the local management team and cover finance aspects of the company within both manufacturing and commercial areas.
Description
- Provide financial leadership to the business as a head of finance
- Act as partner to the business side of the organization identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization
- Work closely with the General Managers in a small region to maintain and develop the company value
- Focus on profitability, cost efficiency, margin, growth and sales (several different entities with a various focus)
- Manage financial planning, periodic financial performance reviews and budget variance
- Coordinate the implementation of supply chain and IT projects
- Lead a group of approx. 20 FTEs - great and skilled team members of Accounting, Controlling, IT and HR departments
Profile
- Educated to university degree level
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification will be a strong asset
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Director in an international sales-driven organization
- Experience in the FMCG / Retail / Pharmaceutical (OTC) sector is highly preferred
- Manufacturing background is a must
- Strategic view, strong conceptual skills
- Experience in collaborating among senior management, business and functional leaders
- Successful track record in leading teams
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
