For our Client, a manufacturing company located in Stalowa Wola, we are looking for Candidates willing to work as a Financial Controller. Being on this position, the Candidate will need to bear such responsibilities as performing all cost accounting activities (standard cost development, average pricing analysis, margin and cost ratio analysis, etc.), reporting and analysis for all manufacturing activities (productivity, capital & department spending, forecasting, budgeting, etc.) and participating in development of the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting. What is more, the Candidate will need to also reconcile applicable balance sheet accounts, as well as prepare and analyze balance sheet risk and opportunities. Preparation and distribution of managerial reports, communication and explanation of manufacturing performance through the P&L and thorough documentation of internal control processes are also accounted as duties. Furthermore, the Candidate will be responsible for leading and executing process improvements projects, for development and support of a company-wide culture of Lean and Six Sigma principles and for the extraction, organization, analysis and reporting of data with the use of ERP system.
The perfect Candidate should have a university degree in the field of Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA may be an advantage) and a relevant experience (auditing, controlling) in a production company. Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of both Microsoft Office, as well as EPR System (SAP is a plus) are a must. What is more, the Candidate should be characterized by strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze data, as well as forecast results and a high level of dedication to work.
