An exciting opportunity has arisen for professionals with experience in financial controlling and/or accounting. For our Client, an international manufacturer company, we are currently looking for candidates willing to work on a position of a Finance Controller.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for carrying out the analysis of revenues and profits, financial risk, products, customers, markets, cost structure. The person in this position will also be responsible for support in making both critical and everyday business decisions, continuous search of areas for improvement, creating and improving internal procedures for increasing profitability and eliminating waste, creation of tools to support internal control and participation in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and the periodic budgets. What is more your scope of duties will also include daily accounting activities, as well as participation in month end procedures, internal and external reporting.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have at least 3 years’ experience in area of financial controlling and/or accounting. The ideal candidate has formal qualifications, e.g. a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Experience in streamlining processes within the organization and implementation of new controlling tools and reports will be an asset. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel is required. The ideal Candidate should be independent, result driven and ambitious who takes responsibility and is ready for and can lead change. Structured, proactive and analytical working style and attention to details and accuracy are essential in order to be successful on this position.
