Finance Controller (m/f)
As a result of growth of company operations in Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Finance Controller in large international group operating in the FMCG sector.
Client Details
For our client, which is part of the large international group operating in the FMCG sector, with production sites in several countries throughout Europe, we are looking for an open-minded and ambitious candidates for the position of Finance Controller for the company located in Southern part of Poland. The candidate will be part of the financial department and will be reported to the Financial Director, working independently.
Description
- Responsible for financial controlling of manufacturing site of a whole Group
- Provide financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow estimation)
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end close activities in accordance to the local principles and company policies
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Provide diverse analysis of actual operating results compared to budget
- Manage cost control activities and implement improvements wherever necessary
- Monitor and evaluate capital expenditure
- Calculation and analysis of margins on particular products
- Ensure that all corporate guidelines are implemented
- Support internal audit process and implement recommendations,
working closely with Finance Director
- Monitoring and supervision of receivables
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 2 year's experience in controlling
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Result orientated, proactive and dynamic personality
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
- Fluent English is required (German nice to have)
