Finance Analyst/ Customer Contract Manager
The position is a non-sales Customer Contract Manager role based in Krakaw (Poland) supporting the North Capital"s sales team.
Customer Contract Manager is a key position within Client Capital. The individual is not only responsible for all contractual paperwork between Client Capital and resellers/partners, but for actively assisting the sales team with developing business partnerships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the necessary approvals are in place to initiate the lease/loan documents, initiate Lease/Loan documents.
- Compliance of all procedures and paperwork
- Co-ordination of return of Lease/Loan documents and receipt of invoices.
- Prepare full funding packs collecting, checking and processing all the required documentation
- Create/update internal reporting tools with deal tracking data and sales data metrics.
- Handling end of lease work to ensure smoothness of process and a potential profitable result
- Customer/ Reseller relationship management
- Manage the Customer relationship after the initial decision to Loan/Lease is made.
- Build relationship with the Reseller / Partners.
- Liaise with customers to gather relevant documentation, satisfy relevant conditions and facilitated end of lease process.
- Support Client Capital Sales team and have an early engagement in deals as and when necessary
- Help manage the new business opportunities with the sales team ensuring swift and efficient completion of deals.
- Share responsibility of all new business opportunities and take ownership from booking stage to ensure funding occurs smoothly.
- Obtain end of lease notification reports and work with sales team to identify potential new opportunities.
- Work with pricing and credit teams to ensure appropriate approvals are in place and any conditions satisfied.
- Engage relevant cross functional teams to approve and complete reschedules where necessary.
- Work with the larger Operational team to enable a smooth process.
- Collections and recoveries management
Experience / Skills Required:
- Experience in Finance essential, local banking or Loans/Lease Industry would be of great benefit.
- The role requires you to have had experience in Legal Documentation, Process Analysis/Mapping and a broad Finance knowledge.
- Ability to liaise with different people at all levels and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and coordinating remote resources as and when necessary.
- Strong communications skills
- Perform in a flexible working environment.
- Can adapt quickly to change.
- English Language is essential for the role.
