Finance & Administration Manager (m/f)
On behalf of our client, European supplier for automotive branch, leader in its business with constant growth, we are looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Finance & Administration Manager.

Our Client is a respected company that provides its services in numerous countries all over the Europe.
Description
- Being responsible for financial management, controlling & IT area of the Company,
- Leads processes of financial budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow),
- Supports Accounting Team in preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end close, activities in accordance to the local & IFRS principles and Group policies,
- Provides diverse managerial analysis of actual operating performance and position compared to budget,
- Monitoring and analysing the KPIs of all disciplines from a financial point of view in order to optimize performance
- Monitors and evaluate capital expenditure / development projects and provide project analysis,
- Manages Accounting Team, IT Team, Credit Risk Management Team and Operational Team
Profile
- University degree in Finance/Economy/Accounting
- Minimum 8 years' experience in accounting/finance, including minimum 4 years as manager,
- Knowledge of Polish GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage,
- Very good command of English
- Result orientated, proactive personality,
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines,
