For Our Client, Internationaloil & gascompany we are searching for the Candidates on position Finance & Accounting Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility are:Potential F&A Representative on Continental Europe Management Team; Potential/future F&A leader of the Continental Europe Finance Organization; Provides guidance and input to the business’s strategic and economic decision making process; Provides exemplary leadership direction and governance for internal control environment.; Creates a motivating working environment within the F&A department; Liaise on statutory, tax and treasury related matters with corporate departments and the offshore business centers

Roles and Responsibility:country representative of finance responsible. Provides leadership for the strategic, economic and financial decision making process as it relates to the area business portfolio. Delivers qualitative financial analysis focusing on the interpretation of trends to assist in overall business decision making process. Reports on financial information, and provides financial forecasting guidance and leadership. Manages the area’s Balance sheet focus and drives balance sheet optimization, cash flow management, profit and loss analysis, and ensures proper levels of internal controls. Complies withFCPA requirements. Provides commercial guidance on tender and contracting strategies, focusing on. Delivers solution based recommendations to organizational issues of a financial nature.

Responsible for the application of internal accounting policies and principles to the area business model and operations. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of accounting personnel

Typical activities include: providing and interpreting financial information; analyzing change and advising accordingly; formulating strategic and long-term business plans; researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance; analyzing competitors and market trends; developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; operate within the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue; producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines; managing budgets; supervising staff; keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation. Contracting and strategic tender experience; General Understanding of US GAAP and local GAAP issues.


Educational Background:Requires having bachelors or master's degree in either economics/business studies/accounting; Requires having tertiary accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA); Has +10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry or like industry
