THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany.
The company is large multinational with multiple sites in Germany as well as in other European countries. Despite this the company has flat
hierarchy.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Factory Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the plant. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the overall production and it's employees. Therefore, you are great at leading and motivating people up to 200 individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall management of the plant
- Leading and managing of employees (up to 200 people)
- Overall adherence to both industry and company standards
- Guiding, controlling and continuation of current and future production
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering
- Multiple years of relevant experience as Factory or Plant manager. Experience within the Food industry is beneficial
- Good understanding of management accounting
- Good communicator, both in writing and verbally, in German. Good understanding of English is beneficial
