Facilities Management Advisor
You will be working on regional and local Facilities Management issues and problems of very diverse scope, analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Communication: support for Plant Director, EMEA editorial team member, Lodz Plant newsletter chief editor, corporate social media editor, internal communication editor
- Services and projects: managing cost saving projects, process improvement projects, support for EMEA Facilities organization, property issues and claims management
- Space management: Security Workplace Audits, open space and storage rationalization projects, workplace transformation, furniture management
- Corporate Social Responsibility activities management
- Facilities Finances: budgeting, reporting, financial controlling
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
- Very good English and Polish knowledge
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Solid communication skills
- Experience in cooperation with vendors
- Cooperation with public institutions
