Facilities Assistant
Location: Kraków
Responsibilities:
Providing advanced and varying administrative support to colleagues and guests
Keeping office area clean and organized and coordinate activities
of cleaning service staff
Coordinating and plan internal meetings and arrange logistics
Supporting in setting up multimedia facilities in conference rooms
Preparing and distribute guides, bulletins and newsletters, seating charts for office
and other required documentation
Regular contact with external suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience
Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
Pro-active attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good command of MS Office
