Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and scheduling of projects for execution, including creation of project detail within the ERP system and asset master records
- Review of project budgets and delivery of standard reporting
- Master data updates and processing of changes to asset master data
- Project accounting- application of miscellaneous costs, foreign currency gains and losses, project reporting and reminders, finance project audits and financial closing transactions of the project
- Fixed asset accounting- create/ modify asset master and depreciation information, review and complete forms for asset retirement or sale
- Provide annual recommended list of fixed assets for verification in line with Finance Manual requirements
- Tracking reporting of core performance metrics
