The position is responsible for the management of export orders to distributors, preparing export documentation, handling order related inquiries and tracking of the shipments status.
On a daily basis, you would be responsible for key contact for production planning/ supply network planners and local customer collaboration teams to ensure on time and complete export orders to customers, distributors Export Order acknowledgement, validation and maintenance. Moreover, you would manage export orders in terms of rejections reasons, credit blocks follow up, update of delivery dates and quantities, execute stock allocation between the orders based on priorities provided by local CS&L team, create delivery notes for export orders and manage all required export documentation for shipments from Distribution Centers to Customers (Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Shipping documents etc).
Furthermore, the chosen Candidate will communicate requirements to logistics providers, track and trace export orders and shipments, provide regular KPIs reporting on time, achieve customer-focused Key Performance Indicators and continually improve the export orders process.
