Expert Accountant with German

thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is one of competence centers for thyssenkrupp Group aimed at bundling and standardizing global administrative functions in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE).
Your responsibilities
As a part of international team of thysenkrupp you will be responsible for operational tasks of AP, AR or GL processes, if preferred, you can also take part in transition of processes to our Global Shared Services in Gdańsk.
- You will participate in knowledge (workshadowing) transfer from Germany
- You will absorb knowledge from local teams and preparing process documentation
- You will perform migrated activities for the local organization during transition
- You will take responsibility for AP, AR or GL operational processes
- You will prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- You will support Internal/External audits with documentation and processes

Your profile
- University degree preferably in business area
- Good knowledge of German – min. B2 level
- English on a communicative level
- Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
- Advanced knowledge of accounting
- Min. 4 years of professional experience on a similar role
- Working experience within a (captive or outsourced) shared services center would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge preferred or other ERP system
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
