For our Client – new created Talent Acquisition Center – we are looking for Experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter. We are looking for an ambitious performer who can support search and selection processes in Europe and ensure success in the local marketplace.
Workplace: Katowice
Responsibilities include:
- development and oversight of the inside recruiting processes to ensure all job orders are being filled in a timely manner with quality candidates and to the internal client’s satisfaction
- providing advisory support to local HR partners and hiring managers at each stage of selection process
- sourcing and delivering high quality candidates across various skill sets in a high volume, fast-paced environment; utilizing sourcing methods and techniques, i.e. job boards, internal candidate tracking database, social networks, professional networking, etc.
- pre-qualify candidates to ensure proper skill set match with available positions
REQUIREMENTS
- recruiting experience in either an staffing industry or corporate environment
- very good knowledge of English language
- knowledge of another European language would be an asset
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different scenarios and deal with multiple types of personalities
- must be a self-starting, multi-tasker with a winning attitude and strong work ethic
- solid work history with evidence of success and growth through having a work history that reflects earning roles of increasing responsibility
- must be team oriented, professional, articulate, polished, personable and have an outgoing personality in order to succeed in this position
