THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
The company has a large R&D department with an international view and is looking for senior talent for their pharmacology group.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a experienced scientist you are required to take charge of projects within your group and some projects outside your group. The focus lies in immune diseases in oncology and infection diseases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the molecular cell biology group and are required to take an active role in the judgement of ongoing projects. You will keep an eye on developing the scientific techniques that are used in order to remain the pinnacle of scientific research.
REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in Immunology or equivalent experience in the industry
- 7-10 years of experience in early drug development
- Strong expertise in immunology with affinity with cancer or infection diseases
- To be able to demonstrate your experience in designing, executing and analyzing experiments
- Strong mentor mentality with a desire to teach your lab colleagues
- Seniority/lead experience is a pre
- Excellent communication skills, in English
