For our client, a prestigious clinic that specializes in innovative methods of treatment and skin care, we are looking for an experienced and well organized candidate interested in a position of an Executive Assistant.
Candidate on this position will be working directly with the Board of Management. An Executive Assistant will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, handling incoming email, faxes and post. This person will also be in charge of managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organising events and conferences, preparing reports and presentations.
A candidate on this position will also be in charge of implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, fulfilling databases and managing office systems and equipment. A Candidate will also be involved in various projects (depending on varying business needs e.g. administrative or marketing projects).
We are looking for Candidates with excellent organizational and time management skills, good communication skills, excellent computer skills (MS Office) and very good English both spoken and written. Good knowledge of German language would be an asset. A perfect Candidate must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with attention to detail. Driving license (cat. B) is required.
