We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive support for two Executives.

Our Client is a global private equity that operates in over 40 locations worldwide.
Description
Providing support for two Executives
Managing complex calendar and email
Organising business trips, meetings and events
Taking minutes and providing follow up on key actions if needed
Dealing with the flow of documents and internal communication
Processing expenses
Various other ad hoc tasks as required
Profile
Have at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
Have fluent command of English both written and verbal
Display tact and discretion, as dealing with confidential information is an ongoing activity
Have very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Possess strong time management and organisation skills
Enjoy paying attention to details
Prove excellent communications skills
Be flexible, self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
