Your new role:
Coordination of Client's Poland Office activities
Vendors and contract relationship Coordination of internal "all employee" activities (supporting induction, onboarding, all hands meetings, visits) Support in internal communication/possible branding activities All visitor activities in the office or external meetings
Business Management
Coordination of internal documentation (presentation, meeting preparations) Review of the monthly financial reporting / coordination with finance, risk, department Collation of presentations, ensuring format adjustment with client's guidelines Preparation of board meetings Handling of formal communication / letters Support in local projects (as they arise)
Assistant (estimated 10-20%)
Travel assistance to Country head Meeting scheduling / calendar management Meeting minutes/notes Other activities as required to support smooth running of the internal organisation
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies:
Ability to work with people and through people with aptitude in building relationships Strong sense of Service / Customer Focus Experience in similar role Excellent organisational skills and a great sense of initiative Fluent in English German language would be a strong advantage What we offer:
