ROLE DESCRIPTION
To ensure the developments and innovation reach the customer you as European Regulatory Affairs Manager will be in charge for managing the companies active ingredient registrations. You will assist in leading and developing the breeding programs, build on innovation and regulation. You will also continue to accelerate processes on the registrations on European level and enhance the team performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform your role most efficient you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Enhance and innovate on team performance within their activities
• Manage regulation planning
• Focus on strategic goals for future end user needs
• Ensure alignment between crop protection programs and Commercial/Business implementations
• Further improve strategic communication among the departments/teams
REQUIREMENTS
• PhD/MSc in Agricultural/Chemistry/Biologist related field
• Between 5-10 years of experience in the Crops Sciences as Regulatory professional including managerial experience
• Strong product and governmental knowledge and network
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English
• Hands-on mentality to anticipate to the daily operations
• A natural leader with strong ambition and self-discipline
