European eBusiness Platforms Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build up and manage the eBusiness Technology team, currently located in Gdansk and Norway;
- Implement team processes including cooperation with the EU Head office in Amsterdam;
- Translate business requirements into well-designed and documented software requirements;
- Partnering with central eBusiness team to build trust and get clear insight in what the business needs are;
- Drive strategy discussions;
- Project Management of platform changes ;
- Liaison with any relevant Global Technology teams to ensure European B2B needs are supported;
- Exhibit and establish a culture of quality and standards in software development
- Knowledge, skills & experience in eBusiness processes and systems
- General Programming knowledge (Java)
- Team management
- Project management
- Advanced English language skills
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Science: or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Readiness to work in Gdańsk and travel
