For our Client an international production company we are looking for hands on HR Business Partner to cover HR activities and be a partner for the business in whole Europe (mainly in Poland).
Your new role
As HR Business Partner in our client company you will act as point of contact for leaders across functions delivering HR, supporting them in their execution of strategies. Your role will be focused on supporting recruitment process, trainings, development and compliance with local employment legislation, policies and rules in all countries. Additionally You will be responsible for communication with employees, including interpretation on compensation and benefits questions.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have a Master degree in relevant field of business, strong experience in multi-countries generalist role. Moreover fluent English is required. Any additional language will be an asset. Successful individual should have an experience in employment law, payroll and benefits. In order to be successful in this role you need to be a strong spirit and customer oriented person. What is more we are looking for HR Professional with openness, flexibility, communications skills and a trusted advisor.
