Estimator

An immediate vacancy has arisen for an Estimator to join our team in South Woodford.
Our company is in the Construction Industry providing quantity surveying and project management professional services to small and medium contractors.
To provide the estimating function for the business providing effective support on remedial, corrective, minor and major project work .

The Candidate:
Ideally you will have at least 5 year’s experience or have worked in a busy construction company environment possessing a "can do attitude." You should also have the following:
• Ability to prepare analytical estimates for main contractor works utilizing computerized estimating system.
• Ability to accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilisation
• Ability to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, in order to be successful in winning contracts
• Ability to provide and take P&L responsibility for all estimating work allocated.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, Highly organised and responsible, I.T. proficient to a high standard, Able to work independently using your initiative and maintain confidentiality at all times, Used to working to strict deadlines and timetables

Desirable Skills:
Conquest Package user

Terms:
Position is permanent and full time
Salary is Negotiable, circa £28 - £40k
