At the very heart of our organization, the Operations Division is responsible for delivering premier settlement and related services to our Clients. By joining our Operations Department you will have a unique opportunity to learn how the global financial system works.
Your part of the deal:
- Accurately and timely treating the lifecycle of transactions and/or events
- Reconciling cash and securities movements
- Interacting with local market institutions and/or agents (all over the world) to collect information and investigate discrepancies
- Monitoring customer’s account activities
- Supporting Client Services in solving customer’s queries
- Handling complex escalations
- Contributing to or leading process enhancement projects
- Coaching junior team members
Your profile:
- Experienced in a banking or finance operations environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), our corporate language. Knowledge of an additional language is a strong asset
- Punctual and flexible in terms of working hours (special working schedules between 8.00am and 8.00pm)
- Accountable for your actions and decisions
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Able to deal with deadlines in a fast-changing environment
Due to the nature of our business, excellent organizational and communication skills are required together with risk awareness. Familiarity with the Lean methodology is a plus.
