Equipment Process Engineer

o Develop and Update URS and Design Specifications o Write and Review Technical manuals o Write and Review Test / Characterization protocols
• Testing
o Support SAT activities
o Support Qualification activities
o Support Characterization activities
• Technical support
o Implement technical solution to meet customer requirements and satisfaction o Online testing to improve equipment reliability (robust) and performance
• Any other tasks/projects assigned as per supervisor request.
• Experienced with Secondary Packaging Systems, including experience with Print and Inspection systems (e.g. Systech, Cognex) • At least 5 years’ experience providing process control and information systems solutions and support to manufacturing organizations in the pharmaceutical industries.
• Basic knowledge of MES systems
• Hands on engineering experience within Secondary Packaging Operations • Internal and /or external reporting relationships.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Technical Engineering Support of an operating secondary packaging facility.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimum direct supervision • Technical Writing Skills • Customer relationship management skills • Critical thinking skills • Able to set clear priorities and escalate to ensure timely delivery of the project phases including design, development, implementation, testing, construction, commissioning, and validation.
• Experience within a GMP compliance environment regarding practices, policies, procedures, legal requirements and goals of project, develop supporting documentation and monitor activity timeliness / scheduling.
• Ability to anticipate, evaluate and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays and problems by utilizing technical and business expertise.

Role Description
The Engineer will demonstrate hands on engineering skills, including but not limited to the following: develop, implement and evaluate technical solutions in accordance with customer expectations, technical guidance of the technical project till delivery, support the development of system commissioning and validation documentation.Responsibilities
