For one of our Clients, an international company from the financial services sector, with a newly established SSC in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of
ENTITY CONTROLLER / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT with GERMAN, GREEK, SLOVAK or LATVIAN.
ENTITY CONTROLLER / SENIOR ACCOUNTANTwill be responsible for analyzing balance sheets, cash flow, P&L’s and other financial reports in order to identify and report potential issues, risks and opportunities, monthly balance sheet variance reporting, as well as creating reports for tax, SOX, MRC and Audit purposes, participating in the monthly closing process, including reviewing balance sheets and contract related journal entries, all accruals relating revenues (DIA), and other expenses, as well as supporting the team operationally by performing day-to-day General Ledger tasks.
We are looking for Candidates with an academic degree in Finance or related area, who have approximately 4+ years of experiencein General Accounting, and are fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, Greek, Slovak or Latvian.Knowledge of country specific GAAP’s (German, Greek, Slovak or Latvian) and IFRS’ is required, while familiarity with US GAAP’s and European Tax Regulations will be considered a strong asset.
