Currently we’re looking for: Enterprise Integration Architect
Location: Warsaw
Length: long term cooperation
Job type: B2B contract
Rate: 120 – 150zÅ‚ / h netto B2B
As a Senior Professional, Enterprise Integration Architect is expected to manage his workload, prioritize and plan his assignments (with Head of Architecture agreement), manage stakeholders and produce high-quality output, ready to be presented to the senior business and IT management or technical delivery teams (as appropriate) with minimal supervision.
Enterprise Integration Architect develops Integration strategy and contributes directly to strategy realisation through Programmes and selected business-critical Use Cases. Integration strategy comprises both Data integration and Process / Applications integration.
Responsibilities:
• Analyse and understand current integration situation and maturity of solutions used and its vision in Enterprise Architecture
• Work with Programme stakeholders to understand their Integration needs and current issues
• Lead specific top priority Use Case designs, like Customer Experience Journeys (or other), from Integration perspective
• Define future Integration strategy and its impact on ongoing Programmes
• Secure buy-in from Programme stakeholders to any changes and help define specific Roadmaps
• Define approach to BizTalk contracts renewal/ replacement
• Define High Level Design for BizTalk renewal or replacement and supervise the procurement process from Architecture perspective
• Define Integration capabilities as part of overall Enterprise Architecture, including aspects like Integration Security and other Non-Functional Requirements
• Contribute to Architecture repository, Architects knowledge sharing and building of Architects professional community (Architecture Collaboration)
Requirements:
• Senior Integration Architect (with PM experience) with expertise in leading large business transformations across business and IT, and IT Integrations in a heterogenous environment
• Experience in handling senior stakeholders on Enterprise Architecture issues, ability to convince others of her/ his vision and manage disparate Architects opinions into common vision
• Experience in handling incremental/ agile projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical experience with both:
o Process and near-real-time transactions integration
o Data Integration for Analytics & DWH purposes
• Experience with Data Governance and familiarity with practicalities of Master Data Management
• Exposure to both classical and modern cloud-based integration technologies
• 10-15 years of previous experience
