The service will focus on the analysis of existing business processes and associated data flow, the business process and data governance and the organizational structure of the entities forming the Research and Innovation family, and the assistance on further developments to support functionalities associated with data and text mining and data visualization.
The following tasks will be requested by the Commission:
- Analysis of portfolio of information systems
- Analysis of business processes
- Data flow analysis
- Analysis of organizational structures
- Development and enhancement of IS architecture
- Assistance with the implementation of the architecture
The person selected will be working full time with the project leader who is officially responsible for the applications from the Commission perspective
Knowledge and skills
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture
- In-depth knowledge of business processes analysis
- In-depth knowledge of information system and data governance • Good knowledge of data flow analysis
- Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Good knowledge of business intelligence environment
Personal skills
- Ability to write and present studies in a clear and comprehensive manner
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral, ability to understand French
- Commitment to excellence in professional work
- A keen sense of teamwork, a flexible approach, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education and Experience
- Strong experience in consulting
- Experience in business processes modelling
- Good experience in enterprise architecture, business process and data models and tools (e.g. ARIS, Enterprise Architect, BPMN, EPC)
- Experience in information system and data governance
- Good experience with quality procedures
- Strong experience in the realization of studies
