For one of our clients we are currently looking for English-speaking graduates for the position of
Customer Service back office Assistant
Your duties will include making phone calls in order to book interpreters for assignments requested by the UK customers. You will be mainly focused on outgoing phone calls as well as inbound phone calls and advisory activities within bookings and payments areas. The job involves working late shifts (between 14 and 22 pm) as well as working on weekends (1 weekend per month).
We are looking for graduates and young professionals who speak fluent English, and enjoy customer service as well as teamwork and are able to meet deadlines and work under the pressure of time.
