Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a well known company in the chemical industry and is operating world-wide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This company is looking for an engineering manager who can assist their engineering team. Within this position you are responsible for the upscaling of the laboratory and factory. You have two direct reports and are reporting to the engineering director. Upscaling the laboratory and factory will consist of multiple small projects. As an engineering manager you need to study the risk management. Furthermore you are responsible for the safety & quality of the projects.
Process Safety & Quality and Economy
Risk assessment studies, in line with internal guidelines
The translation of constraints (safety, quality and economy) in operations to laboratory or pilot scale experiments (“Scale-down”)
Perform projects related to process development
RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in chemical engineering
- Knowledge of polymeric material
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering
